Mikael Christianson is used to managing large global outsource teams. He is focused on bringing the best to and from employees in order to maximise quality, efficiency and timeliness. 

A turnaround specialist throughout his career, he has transformed problematic business areas and whole companies. Mikael established a worldwide joint go to market program between two fortune 100 companies that is performing well.

Mikael holds a Master Degree in Computer Science as well as a bachelor in Business Administration, both at Umeå University

Per Nathanaelson is a globally seasoned executive and chairman with a 25+ year track record of driving innovation, commercialization, and strategic growth across deep tech, smart infrastructure, and sustainability ventures. From pioneering smart packaging and Z-Wave technology to advising companies in Africa, Asia, and the Middle East, Per has consistently transformed bold ideas into scalable, global businesses.

He currently serves as Chairman or Senior Advisor across a portfolio of ventures including eLstar Dynamics (smart glass), Climate Arena (automotive innovation), and Ammarose (sustainable mining in Africa). His hands-on expertise spans MedTech, IoT, cloud platforms, diagnostics, and energy-efficient technologies, always with a focus on impact, agility, and value creation.

As a former CEO and Board Chair for organizations like Zensys, Cypak, PocLab, and iSTOC, Per brings unique experience bridging European innovation with U.S. market acceleration. His leadership is marked by strategic foresight, commercial execution, and a collaborative, hands-on approach that empowers founders and fuels business success.

Jay Melia 

Jay is a veteran outsourcer and has led projects across most technologies, from infrastructure to workplace, and application development at scale. 

Prior to that Jay was a global product leader responsible for some of the most successful products in the financial services industry.
