Joakim Jagorstrand -

Executive Chairman

Joakim is a seasoned executive with almost three decades of international experience in the medical technology, pharmaceutical, and diagnostics sectors.

Experienced in marketing, sales, executive management, strategy, and change management, Joakim has worked at companies such as Pharmacia/Pfizer, GlaxoSmithKline, Ferring, Gambro, and Roche. Joakim is serving on the boards of several corporate entities, further enriching his insights into the dynamic world of business leadership. 

Joakim holds a BSc in Business at Linnaeus university and a MBA from University of Lund.

Jay Melia - 

CTO

Jay is a veteran outsourcer, having been recruited to a UK government outsource contractor over 20 years ago. Jay has led projects across most technologies, from infrastructure to storage, networks, workplace, and application development at scale. 

Prior to that Jay was a global product leader responsible for some of the most successful products in the financial services industry.

Whether you are just starting out or embarking on a major transformation Jay will guide you through it. 

Jay holds a bachelors degree in Control Systems Engineering, is a TOGAF certified architect and a member of ISACA.

Huy Nguyen - 

COO

Huy accrued 15 years of executive experience working on leading edge technology projects including AI, IoT and High-Tech for well known global high-tech giants. Huy has since gained substantial experience building and running offshore teams that develop and deliver software engineering services to them.

Huy is passionate about technology and drives solutions that add value and make our world a little bit better place. 

Huy attended universities (Maastricht University and TU Eindhoven) in the Netherlands, where he earned a master’s degree in computer science, with a specialization in artificial intelligence, and a doctorate in software technology. 

Mikael Christianson - 

CEO

Mikael Christianson is used to managing large global outsource teams. He is focused on bringing the best to and from employees in order to maximise quality, efficiency and timeliness. 

A turnaround specialist throughout his career, he has transformed problematic business areas and whole companies. Mikael established a worldwide joint go to market program between two fortune 100 companies that is performing well.

Mikael holds a Master Degree in Computer Science as well as a bachelor in Business Administration, both at Umeå University

Trinh Dang -

Chief Technical Architect

With a wealth of experience in high-tech domains including electron microscopy, home automation, image processing, and healthcare, Trinh is an experienced solution architect who excels in providing architectural guidance and delivering robust long-term solutions.

Trinh ensures that stakeholders and customers are tightly integrated with full stack development teams employing Agile Scrum across the entire development lifecycle, 

Trinh holds a bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Danang University of Technology, one of Vietnam's premier technology universities.
